PilatesYoga on the Go!
was designed with a simple, easy to use, interface which will let you Focus on your workouts!
** Daily Meal Plan/Water Tracker: In each workout you will find a blue plate with fork/knife icon.
This is your meal plan for that day.
The icon is next to Save button.
The daily water tracker is accessed via water bottle icon.
Before entering the meal/water tracker you will need to put your Current Weight in Settings (not Weight Tracker Settings)
